What will be your mission?

Join the F&B Team at Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort in Portugal as an Intern

As a F&B Kitchen Intern , you will be responsible for trainig and collaborating with the hotel team in the Kitchen/Pastry team, from preparation to serving and conservation with the kitchen team, complying with internal standards and procedures in order to guarantee a quality and excellent service, exceeding customer expectations.

What will you do?

* Elaboration, conservation and organization of the mise-en-place for each of the services, minimizing product losses.
* Guarantee the presentation, quantity and quality of each dish of the service, based on the established standards.
* Check and control the proper storage of products, monitoring age and condition of all food items to rotate and maintain highest quality (FIFO).
* Reception, conservation and organization of the products of your departure.
* Maintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area.
* Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues.
* Awareness of departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team.
* Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines (HACCP).

What are we looking for?

* We are looking for F&B Kitchen Interns
* Vocational training on hospitality/F&B/kitchen .
* Fluency in local language and knowledge of English is highly valuable.
* Ability to work on his/her own and as part of a team.
* Organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Customer service oriented.
* Focus on detail.
