Business Development Intern - [FMCG - Toys, Kids & Babies] (Fall 2026)

Descrizione del lavoro:

* Assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) to support campaigns, brand activations and strategic initiatives that will drive growth in the Toys, Kids and Babies category.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities within the category
* Analyze sales and campaign performance, prepare reports, presentations & insights
* Coordinate with internal teams to roll out campaigns and initiatives
* Support day-to-day communications with external stakeholders; assisting them in their needs and maintaining a positive relationship
* Learn firsthand how global and local brands operate in the ecommerce space

Requisiti del candidato:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline
* Keen and fast learner with a genuine curiosity about e-commerce and about the Toys, Kids and Babies industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Strong analytical and comfortable working with data, Microsoft Excel skills will be advantageous
* Detail-oriented, collaborative and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Creative thinker with a willingness to contribute ideas
* Relevant experience in e-commerce is a plus
* Knowledge of local industries will be a plus
