Description:
* Own well-scoped product features under a Product Manager's guidance. Translate user needs into clear product requirements, business rules, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
* Design and improve AI shopping experiences, including personalised shopping lists, voucher recommendations, add-to-cart, and order assistance. Consider the complete user journey, including clarification, user confirmation, and fallback scenarios.
* Collaborate with engineering, algorithm, design, and business teams to clarify dependencies and drive development, testing, and launch. Proactively track progress, identify blockers, and communicate risks.
* Analyse user conversations, feedback, and agent execution traces to identify capability gaps and usability issues. Turn recurring problems into actionable improvements and follow through on resolution.
* Develop evaluation scenarios and quality criteria for AI features. Conduct product acceptance testing and verify improvements through regression testing.
* Research relevant products and analyse usage data to identify opportunities, assess feature performance, and recommend further iterations.
Good to Have
* Previous internship or project experience in product management, AI applications, e-commerce, search, or recommendation systems.
* Familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis, evaluation, or workflow automation.
* Experience using AI coding tools or prototyping platforms to build interactive demos and validate product ideas.
* Full-time interns preferred
* Part-time interns who can commit at least 4 working days a week are also welcome to apply

Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Strong interest in AI products and e-commerce, with hands-on experience exploring AI assistants or agent-based applications.
* Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear requirements and practical solutions.
* A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and initiative to drive tasks to completion. Comfortable coordinating with others and escalating issues when needed.
* Basic understanding of large language models, prompting, and tool calling, with an interest in translating AI capabilities into useful products
