At IMDA, our vision is to drive a dynamic digital economy with global footprint. By being part of our internship programme, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute in curated project deliverables, experience IMDA's culture and network with the minds behind shaping the nation's dynamic digital economy.

We are looking for interns to join the Strategic Planning & Digital Readiness (SPDR) Group for our January to June 2027 internship cycle.

Scope of Work
* Research and understand the social services sector and the digital needs that citizens are facing.
* Assist Project Managers in prospecting new partners and developing ideas into projects that will help all Singaporeans to be digital citizens.
* Review the whole grant process and look for innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of application process and experience of applicants.
* Prepare projects/funds analysis reports for internal management and external stakeholders.

Learning Outcomes
* Gain insights and an understanding of digital needs/gaps in Singapore and how the government is working with the people and private sectors to address these needs and issues.
* Understand the considerations in grant setup, evaluating project applications and administration of grants.

Skills Required
* Have an understanding of business and finance.
* Strong writing and analytical skills.
* Excellent data analytical skills.
* Strong planning and project management skills, ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standard of accuracy and attention to details.
* Self-driven, able to work independently as well as in a team.
