[Bosch HcP - Internship] Lean Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering Intern

Job Description

1. BPS (Bosch Production System) Methodology:
* Support Lean Manufacturing (BPS) activity including training preparation, documentation, workshops, and improvement projects.
* Support 5S, Suggestion Scheme activities through coordination, system administration, data tracking, and communication.
* Collect and analyze data to support continuous-improvement initiatives.
* Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and project updates.
2. Industrial Engineering:
* Support time studies, cycle-time measurement, and production time-data analysis.
* Assist with standardized work, line balancing, and operator workload analysis.
* Other tasks assigned by Managers

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Undergraduate student majoring in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
* Good command of English, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Reliable, proactive, highly disciplined, patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and figures.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Basic knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is preferred.
* Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment
