Overall
This is a big school located in center town thus easy to access. The atmosphere is a bit cold like at uni, because of the volume of students it welcomes. The course quality is good and the school welcomes you organizing visits of the citys. Classes are organized according to student's level.

I arrived in Spain only with a handful of words and a desire to be able to communicate well in Spanish. The teachers at don Quijote have made the learning process great fun and an unforgettable experience. My fellow students have enriched that experience too and I will take away many happy memories of my time in Barcelona.

With able and intelligent instructors, don Quijote puts its students at ease in the classrooms, thereby facilitating the language learning process. Moreover, the international student body increases cultural understanding and allows students to discover more about Spain and other countries, as well.

I´ve spent one month in Madrid and another month in Barcelona. I´d like to say that I had a great time at don Quijote in both cities. The teachers and the way of teaching are very efficient. Besides that, the infrastructure of the school is amazing. Thanks for providing me an outstanding stay in Spain!

I was a student of Don Quijote in Barcelona in the summer of 2005. I am positively impressed by the lovely atmosphere, professionalism and friendly attitude the school offers. I want to thank my teachers Alberto Hernandez and Chelo Romero for the wonderful lessons and Carlos de Dios for his help and cooperation.

Overall
I loved being in Barcelona for 2 weeks. It’s a city that’s very modern and at the same time it’s full of history. The school is great, I learned a lot and met people from all over the world, and I’ve kept in touch with them. The teachers are great and they help you with any question you could have.

The thing I liked the least was the accommodation, I shared an apartment with roommates and the apartment was pretty old. The washing machine didn’t work, but as soon as we told the school about the problem, they sent someone over to fix it right away.

Course: 6 weeks, 3 hours/week, September 2005
Overall
The teachers are mostly young and fun. That really helped relate to the new culture we were facing since they were speaking Spanish but spoke “our language”. The school offered good service and seemed really like a Babel tower since there were people from Latin America, Europe, Asia, and North America all in my own class. I still want to go back and get to know the rest of Spain. There’s nothing compared to spending time in a country where the language spoken is the one you’re trying to learn. It’s the fastest and most accurate way of learning!

I completed the Internship programme and I had the most delightful and fulfilling experience of my life. I spent 6 fantastic weeks improving and polishing my Spanish in the unique international atmoshere of the school, teachers were brilliant, I was feeling like home and made a lot of friends. I also spent 12 remarkable weeks working for a Spanish company in Barcelona which was carefully selected by the school and suited to my skills and desire to apply my professional background in a challenging new environment.
