Scudit is one of the best places where you can practice Italian very scholarly but at the same time in a natural way. The founder Roberto Tartaglione is a master in this area, leading his team to perform at their very best. The instructors are very lovable and the lectures always have this "cafe talk" flair and you learn spoken italian without even realising. There are guided site tours and weekly activities which provide the best ground to socialise and get to know the amazing Rome. As a person who studied there with full scholarship I recommend to take a look at the offerings of the school as they are very generous in this sense.
