Business Analyst

As the Business Analyst VIE for the Americas, you will play a pivotal role in turning complex data into actionable insights to drive commercial performance across the region (North America, Travel Retail, and Latin America). Working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, you will serve as a cross-functional partner bridging Sales, Marketing, Finance, and regional headquarters.
Qualifications & Experience Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Previous experience (internship or work placement) in data analysis, business controlling, or commercial reporting. Prior exposure to retail, luxury, or consumer goods industries is a strong advantage. Advanced Excel skills are mandatory (complex formulas, pivot tables, large datasets). Working knowledge of Power BI is a strong plus. Proven ability to translate raw data into clear, compelling, and actionable business insights. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong analytical mindset combined with sound commercial judgment and problem-solving skills. Highly organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities. Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable taking initiative in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
