HEINEKEN VIETNAM NEXTGEN 2027 - Supply Chain is an elite Management Trainee program designed to accelerate the development of high-potential young talents in Supply Chain. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. What's the impact of the function Technology & Brewing function?
Brings together brewing expertise and technology to consistently deliver the quality and taste behind HEINEKEN Vietnam's brands, safeguard food safety and product quality, bring new products to life, and continuously improve process performance.
2. How you can learn and contribute to the function
As a Management Trainee, you will:
- Understand how quality, food safety and process controls protect every product we make.
- Learn how technology and brewing processes are controlled from raw materials to finished beer.
- Solve real-world brewing, quality and process challenges on the production floor.
- Lead initiatives to improve process efficiency and product consistency.
- Contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) by helping bring new products from concept to production.
- Drive sustainability by optimizing water, energy consumption and achieving net zero carbon.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field for the open position (Chemical / Biotechnology / Food Technology / Agriculture,...)
* Fresh graduates or less than 2-year of full-time working experience.
* Minimum GPA GPA >=7.0/10.0 (2.8/4.0), or equivalent.
* Willingness to relocate across HEINEKEN's breweries in Vietnam.
* English business efficiency
* Be able to start full-time working in March 2027
