Digital Advertising & Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Advertising & Customer Success Specialist to help manage our social media advertising operations, support internal customers, coordinate with key partners and ensure a smooth and accurate media buying and billing process.

Your main responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day digital advertising and media operations, supporting campaign onboarding and execution.
* Act as a key point of contact for customers, media partners and internal stakeholders.
* Administer Sprinklr advertising accounts, user access, integrations and platform configurations.
* Support customers with platform access, integrations and operational troubleshooting.
* Coordinate media spend, billing, invoicing and monthly reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial information.
* Work closely with Finance, Procurement and external partners on purchase orders, invoices, payments and accruals.
* Monitor budgets, advertising spend and reporting, ensuring data accuracy across different platforms and tools.
* Identify opportunities to simplify and improve operational processes.
What you need to succeed
* Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance or a related field.
* Experience in Digital Advertising, Media Operations, Paid Media, Ad Operations or Customer Success.
* Experience working with billing, invoicing, reconciliations, budgets or advertising spend.
* Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
* Good knowledge of Excel and digital platforms.
* Advanced English for working in an international environment.
Experience with Sprinklr, Tableau or similar advertising/reporting platforms is a plus.
