Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS) builds Merchant partnerships, operates the global payments network, and advances bank relationships to expand acceptance, increase network usage, and unlock new opportunities for growth and innovation.

As an intern, you'll work alongside colleagues across American Express, gaining hands-on experience, building meaningful relationships, and applying your education to real-world business challenges. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that support our customers and advance our strategic priorities

Ihr Profil:

Required Qualifications:

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.

* Bachelor's degree candidates with an expected graduation date between June 2028 and December 2030.

* Areas of study e.g., Business, Marketing, or related fields.

* Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

* Ability to analyze and interpret data using Microsoft Office tools, with the adaptability to learn new platforms and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Strong work ethic, organizational skills and attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills.

* Demonstrated ability with project management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

* Demonstrated communications skills, both written and verbal.

* A proven ability to challenge the status quo and improve existing processes.

* A focus on innovation and the desire to own a project from conception through implementation, and evaluation.

* Excellent relationship management skills, and comfort working across various levels within an organization to drive results
