About the team

Working
closely with Cost Center owners (Accounts Payable), Wholesale and retail
(Accounts Receivable) to ensure swift and accurate financial transactional
processing

Responsibilities

* Assist in the
processing of financial documents, including customer/supplier invoices and
inbound payments in SAP.
* Support the Accounts Receivable team in managing the first
line of collections (reminders, statements).
* Assist
suppliers with inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account status.
* Collaborate
in the reconciliation and accruals processes.
* Help
with month-end closing activities according to the communicated schedule.
* Learn
and support systems integrations and financial processes across the department
