About this position

What you´ll do

* Supports the preparation of mid- and long-term Material Requirements Plans based on production needs and forecasts.
* Works closely with the Operational Planning team to help ensure materials are available at the right time and in the right quantity.
* Supports the maintenance of MRP parameters and follows up on material planning exceptions.
* Assists with inventory analysis, including monitoring stock levels, slow-moving materials and obsolete inventory.
* Supports the maintenance of relevant material and manufacturing planning data.
* Collaborates with Purchasing and suppliers to identify potential supply risks and support material availability.
* Helps monitor supplier capacity and future material requirements to support production plans.
* Identifies and communicates potential material supply risks or opportunities to the relevant teams.
* Supports continuous improvement initiatives to make material planning processes more efficient.
* Helps optimize material orders while balancing availability, inventory levels and potential obsolescence

* Ability to do a 12 month internship (6-8h/day) via internship agreement (Convenio de prácticas)
* Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain student or related
* Fluent level of English
* Analytical mindset
* Proactive, Well organized
* Excel (pivot tables)/PowerBi knowledge - valuable
* Team Player and good collaboration skills
