Tasks: Support the management team in tasks related to their daily work Organization of corporate events and events Making Presentations Organize meetings and trips, track future tasks Preparation of documentation, writing meeting minutes Managing databases, creating reports Administrative support of processes Expectations: Work at least 20-25 hours per week Full-time student legal relationship User-level knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowePoint, Outlook) English proficiency at intermediate level Be open to continuous learning Be independent and proactive It is important to you that your tasks are performed with high quality and precision
