Part of the "Make IT#1" [the Imerys digital transformation program], the Opera project has been launched to consolidate ERP systems globally and deploy a core Model supported by S4/Hana ERP. This calls for an adaptation of its processes and Tools by designing the future common language, master data and processes of Imerys "Core Model".
In this regard, Imerys is looking for a "MQM Data Steward" [MQM: Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance] for Imerys Graphite & Carbon roll-out project (called Wave 11) with strong business and system skills to drive transformation and ensure fast process adoption particularly for the adoption of Opera.

Key player and important support for the project team (end Users, Key Users, Super Key Users…):

a) Key player for the Rollout project:
Learn and become the on-site business reference on SAP Opera MQM flow.
Be a key player of the knowledge transfer process through coaching, and training.
Support and empower the MQM key users and end-users.
Work with the project team to help plants for a better and smoother Opera solution adoption.

b) Prepare master data:
Coordinate the MQM master data preparation in line with the key stakeholders.
Support other plants if needed.
Prepare and execute Data cleansing and transformation.
Fulfill manually requested templates for any data not "automatically" migrated.
Ensure a full alignment of Master Data build and OPERA Master Data guidelines.
Support SKU and KU on Data validation.

SCOPE:
W11 - Imerys Graphite & Carbon (more than 200MEUR of revenue)
- 3 industrial plants: BODIO(CH); Willebroek(BE); Terrebonne(CA)
Note: Bironico is also an administrative office and R&D lab.
Main MQM master data:
- Manufacturing: Material Master, Bill Of Material, Recipe.
- Quality: Master Inspection Characteristics, Inspection, Plan.
- Maintenance: Functional Location, Task Lists, Maintenance Plan/Strategy.

Mobility: 15% (it will depend on project phases)

Candidate Requirements:

- Master in Industrial engineering
- Work/Internship experience in industrial operations and/or in SAP (PP or QM or PM).
- Highly capable of using Excel and Google Suite tools (Gsheet, Data Studio, Google App Script).
- English: Oral and written communication skills is mandatory, (optional: Italian, Dutch)
- Analysis and Problem Solving (business and system oriented).
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Fosters teamwork and cooperation (Team player)
