Responsibility：
Maintenance Process Expertise & Performance Stabilization
* Act as the primary method expert for maintenance processes and systems across all China plants.
* Drive consistency in maintenance operating standards (OS) and performance metrics.
* Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical process and system failures and implement robust corrective actions under CMMS.
* Ensure accurate and complete equipment data, maintenance plans (preventive, predictive) within the CMMS.
* Train and support maintenance planners and technicians on CMMS .
* Generate and analyze maintenance reports from the CMMS to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
* KPI Follow-up & Performance Monitoring
* Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance activities.
* Present KPI findings to maintenance coordinator and lead initiatives to address performance gaps.
* Lead optimization projects combining technical knowledge as well digitalization (example : set up automatic monitoring of pump curves in CMMS
Technical Training Program Leadership
* Assess technical skill gaps among maintenance personnel (e.g., planning, troubleshooting, PdM techniques, CMMS usage).
* Monitor technician progress and refine programs based on feedback.
* Process Optimization & Best Practices
* Conduct process audits and provide actionable reports with recommendations for maintenance system improvements.
Standardize SOPs for preventive maintenance and ensure they are integrated into the CMMS.
* Participate in supplier workshops and audits to align practices and negotiate performance improvement plans

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in maintenance, operations, or process management in an industrial environment.
* Proven experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing a CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, Excel ,power BI)
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
* Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in maintenance methods, process optimization, or CMMS support in an industrial environment.
* Experience in a supervisory, method support, or continuous improvement role is required.
* Proven track record in developing and delivering training programs and managing system data.
* Excellent logical thinking and analytical ability.
* Strong teamwork and service spirit.
* Ability to federate teams around common goals through process-oriented exchanges.
* Proficient in data analysis and KPI management.
* Ready to travel to other plants in China from time to time (approx. 100%).
