Job Description:

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission:

Public Private Partnership Alliance Junior Manager - VIE Contract (W/M/D)

Target start date: 01/09/2024

Responsibilities:

* Strengthening Sanofi's external innovation capacity by supporting the alliance management of public private partnerships.
* Supporting effectively and results-oriented the preparation and implementation of complex public private partnership consortia with external partners for Sanofi R&D and affiliates.
* Overviewing and documenting the corresponding alliance portfolio.
* Monitoring of project progress based on relevant KPIs and milestones.
* Providing periodical reporting on project status and progress.
* Proactive management in the case of issues arising in alliances.
* Updating profiles in reporting and project documentation tools and other tracking systems.
* Establishing one-page executive partnership briefing documents.
* Full team integration and participation in all relevant departmental meetings.

Key "MUST HAVE" competencies, skills & experiences
* Scientific, Medical or Pharma degree preferred.
* Master of Business Administration or other business/legal degree with some link/experience in pharmaceutical industry or R&D could also be considered.
* Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical sectors and the drug development process would be a plus.
* Experience in alliance or project management, contracting or intellectual property management would be an asset.
* Fluency in English (TOEIC/TOEFL or other certificate preferred).
* Knowledge of German, French or other language would be considered as an asset.
* Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders and to build cross-functional and external relationships.
* Good organization and time management skills.
* Knowledge of MS Office.
* Self-motivated and an excellent team player.
* Willing to work under tight deadlines and to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
