Junior Financial Controller

Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following activities: -Support plant budget, forecast and strategic plan preparation -Prepare and manage month-end closing activities (US GAAP and according to SOX) -Ensure the correct application of procedures and timing respect -Monitor the plant industrial KPI on a weekly/monthly basis -Monthly variances analysis by product and customer -Prepare expense report, analysis and review -Collaborate with the senior controller to explain results, make improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, understand operations and lead the development of complex analysis -Support continuous improvement methodology deployment (from loss identification to saving track) -Support the yearly hourly rate cost calculation and manage the standard cost update -Support the senior controller on the stock valuation and E&O calculation -Support the senior controller on the yearly inventory stock tacking activities -Participate to internal audits

Candidate Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or any finance related degree -Ability to prioritize task, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment -Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, and analysis applications. Good knowledge of SAP. -Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented, self-motivated and organized -Good communication and presentation skills - verbal and oral -Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities -Willingness to cooperate within a complex and dynamic multinational Company to strengthen and learn new skills -Good English knowledge; Italian knowledge will be a plus
