Production Quality Engineer

As a V.I.E Production Quality Engineer in our Košice plant, you will be fully integrated into the production environment and play an important role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards. Your Mission In this role, you will actively support the daily management of quality within the production lines. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating all relevant quality documentation, ensuring that control plans, instructions, and records remain fully aligned with customer expectations and internal standards. You will also take part in leading quick response actions to internal issues, contributing to fast and effective resolution using QRQC principles. A key part of your mission will be to assist in conducting PDCA and FTA analyses, helping the plant identify root causes and implement robust countermeasures to prevent recurring problems. You will participate in reducing scrap and ensuring that no risks are transferred to customers, while also contributing to the development of a strong quality culture within the teams. This includes coaching operators, sharing best practices, and ensuring that every production team member understands the importance of quality in their daily work. You will help prepare the plant for system, process, and customer audits by supporting teams in implementing required standards and ensuring that any non-conformities are properly addressed. You will verify that all rules related to non-conforming product management are respected and support the plant in improving its overall quality management system. The role also involves working closely with product, laboratory, logistics, and R&D teams. You will participate in product and process validations, support testing activities, and contribute to updating product and serial test plans. You will play an active part in monitoring quality performance, collecting data, and preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports that help guide decision-making at plant level. Finally, your mission includes contributing to team empowerment and continuous improvement. You will share ideas for product or process optimization, support operators and team leaders with real-time answers to daily questions, and promote a culture of safety and responsibility throughout the production area. Candidate Requirements:

- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or similar) - First experience or strong interest in manufacturing or quality (internship accepted) -Knowledge of quality tools (QRQC, PDCA, FTA, SPC, MSA) is a plus - Understanding of IATF or VDA 6.3 standards is a plus - Analytical, proactive, and a team player - Fluent English
