Could you be the Finance R&D Controller in Stockholm, Sweden we're looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates. We'll look to you for: Manage the controlling and financial reporting of programs in accordance with internal control rules Ensure program accounting is in accordance with Company guidelines and reflects the activity performed Organize the program reviews from start to the end Ensure consistency with program teams (Planner, Sourcing) Analyse the execution performance and propose action plans to improve the program EAC as well as corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks Support implementation of new methods and tools for program management Your key responsibilities: 1. R&D and sustaining Management: - Ensure controlling, alignment, monthly follow up of R&D and sustaining and application of Alstom accounting rules - Follow up the alignment forecast versus budget, early warning in case of deviation, follow up of the recovery plan - Program structure creation/updates in the local tools (Primavera, ERP) - Alignment of tools on the authorized amount, derogation request management with HQ - Landing management, forecast, early warning - Manage interco-invoicing, funding reconciliation, royalties - Reporting on all European Projects in both platforms; Cooperation Tool 4 and "Funding and Tender" at Europe level - Preparation of unit cost before year end and forecasting of the same before reporting of hours and other spending 2. Business support: - Tool support to operation team (RD Tool, ERP, Adel) - Provide ad-hoc analysis on R&D and Sustaining PR/PO validation - Support to the Program team in the absence of a Finance Manager on the program 3. Compliance, Process and Audit: - Closing calendar: reporting on-time versus deadline, awareness given to the unit team - Process: procedure: feedback to HQ on the application of the process, issues encountered, derogation, - Interface on Internal Control for R&D and sustaining - Interface on External Control for R&D and sustaining - Interface for tax credit requests - Certification of EU funded programs and documentation to administration
