Job Description:

At (COMPANY NAME) Advertising, we believe in offering best-in-class experiences to clients for events.
Your main mission as an International Event Coordinator will be to work closely with the Brand and Communications team and be responsible for coordinating and planning international events. You will contribute to the success of our event initiatives by ensuring effective execution aligned with the company's standards and objectives. Your mission also includes ensuring a qualitative clients experience, with a focus on participant satisfaction during all international events. Our clients primarily include agencies and brands from various industries.
Under the supervision of the Event Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Planning and Coordination:
* Assist in planning and coordinating international events, including our participation in industry conferences, client-centric owned events, and other event activations.
* Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and partners to ensure the smooth running of events.
* Collaborate internally with the Sales teams and Finance team to ensure effective coordination before, during, and after events.
* Event Logistics:
* Manage event logistics, including space or booth reservations, invitation management, travel coordination, etc.
* Monitor budgets allocated to events.
* Communication:
* Collaborate with the Brand and Communications team to develop promotion and communication strategies for international events.
* Contribute to the creation of communication materials (invitations, programs, etc.).
* Team Coordination:
* Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure effective coordination before, during, and after events.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:
* Education in communication, event management, or a similar field.
* Excellent organizational and planning skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Rythme d'alternance préférable: 4 jours entreprise/ 1 jour école
