Une offre d'apprentissage intitulée « Automatisation des Rapports & Tableaux de bord » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'(COMPANY NAME) commercial sur son site de Saint Martin.

Vous rejoindrez une petite équipe de 7 personnes au sein du département « Ressources & Environnement de travail » dont la mission est de faire le lien entre le présent et le futur, de tracer le chemin pour notre population en leur proposant des perspectives à la fois en termes de développement personnel et d'environnement de travail.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2023 pour une durée de 1 an.

Tâches et responsabilités:
Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :
* Recueillir les besoins
* Identifier la source des différentes données
* Établir des flux de données
* Automatiser les rapports & tableaux de bord

Compétences & Prérequis :
Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac+2 en informatique et vous possédez les compétences suivantes:
* Curiosité & ouverture d'esprit
* Data literacy
* Une expérience en codage (R, Python, AppScript, JAVA, VBA)

Compétences linguistiques
* Anglais : courant
* Français: intermediaire

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

Notre processus de sélection
L'ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur.
Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List.
Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

An apprenticeship offer on "Reporting automation & dashboarding" has just opened within the workforce product in the Digital & IM area on its site in Toulouse Saint Martin.

You will join a small team of 7 people in the "Workforce & Workplace" department in charge of bridging the gap between now and the future, sketching the road ahead for our population, providing a perspective both in terms of people development and workplace experience.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2023 and will last 1 year.

Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:
* Capture needs
* Identify data sources
* Establish data pipelines
* Automate reporting & dashboarding

Skills & Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC+ 2 level training in the field IT or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 year.

You have the following knowledge and skills:
* Curiosity & Open Mindness
* Data literacy
* Experience in coding (i.e. R, Python, AppScript, JAVA, VBA)

Language skills:
* English: fluent
* French: intermediate

Our selection process

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted.
The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
