Are you ready to kick-start your career in Agile delivery? Our Graduate Program offers an exciting opportunity for motivated graduates to develop into professional Scrum Masters. This structured program provides hands-on experience, training, and mentorship to help you grow into a key role supporting our Agile teams.

We are looking for fluent German-speaking graduates who are passionate about Agile methodologies and eager to facilitate high-performing teams in a collaborative, international environment.

Your Responsibilities

* Facilitate and support Agile Scrum teams in delivering high-value products.

* Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices to maximize value delivery.

* Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

* Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear, prioritized product backlog.

* Remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

* Track and communicate team performance metrics to identify areas for growth.

* Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to promote Agile best practices across the organization.

* Contribute to building a positive team environment that supports openness, respect, and accountability.

Your Profile

* Recently graduated (or final year) in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

* Strong interest in Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Scaled Agile.

* Fluent German and English communication skills.

* Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

* Team player mindset with a passion for fostering collaboration.

* Previous experience with Agile (internships, university projects, or certifications) is a plus.
