Graduate Development Programme

About the role

You will spend your first rotation as a Specialist in E-commerce, where you will develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be a part of team that manages and optimizes our online sales channels like Pure Players, ePharmacies, Quick-Commerce, Bricks and Clicks. You will be involved in various aspects of ecommerce from online sales, digital marketing, planning, and executing, to analyzing and reporting on performance.

Your responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to win on the e-commerce formula:
* Traffic Building - discover the wonderful world of digital marketing channels which gives access to our products to an omnichannel consumer.
* Conversion - have the best-in-class execution, improving our portfolio presence and A+ content.
* Value - understanding the needs of our consumer and why they chose to buy online.
Ensure a streamlined approach for our activities.
Operational activities for this dynamic environment
Organize information sets for easy access to data for the team to improve decision making.
Cross organization collaboration with various teams in the region.
So you will be having the chance to get to know the business from the few perspectives.
Depending on the department, you will have end-to-end responsibility for a particular activity, you will be involved from day one and will be fully integrated as part of our team. You will get the chance to plan a strategy for the rotation, agree your plans with the manager and then execute them. The focus will be on 'learning through doing' but with the support and mentoring of our experienced team.

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor or Master Graduate or a final year student at university/college
Preferably already bringing some experience (internship, student organization, etc.), FMCG nice to have
MS Office proficiency
Fluent English and Romanian
Ready to work in full-time (40h per week)
Willing to move and grow between business functions
Eager to develop, open-minded, ready to grow internationally, purpose-driven
Diverse and inclusive mindset
Leadership potential
Ideally internationally mobile
