Kickstart Your Career in Software Testing
Are you at the beginning of your career and looking for a strong entry point into software testing?
Accenture Türkiye Test Academy is a paid, intensive, 1-month, full-time, on-site academy designed to prepare high-potential candidates for a full-time career in software testing through hands-on learning, mentorship, and real project exposure.
This is a selective career program-not a generic training course. Our goal is to develop future Test Engineers with strong testing fundamentals, automation skills, and an understanding of how AI is transforming software quality engineering.

What You Will Gain
🧪 Software Testing Fundamentals
Build a strong foundation in:
· Testing principles and quality mindset
· Test case design and execution
· Test design techniques
· Defect analysis and lifecycle
· Risk-based and exploratory testing
🤖 Test Automation Foundations
Learn the fundamentals of modern test automation, including:
· UI and API automation concepts
· Automation mindset and maintainable test design
🧠 AI & Generative AI Fundamentals
Understand how AI is changing software development and testing through:
· AI and Generative AI fundamentals
· Prompt engineering
· AI-assisted test case and test scenario generation
· AI-assisted test automation and defect analysis
· Responsible AI, limitations, security, and human validation
👥 Mentorship & Continuous Feedback
Work closely with experienced Test Engineers and People Leads through practical exercises, feedback sessions, and continuous evaluation.

🏆 Capstone Practice
Apply your knowledge in a final practical exercise covering testing, automation, problem solving, and AI-assisted quality engineering.

Work Model
The academy is conducted on-site at the Accenture office, providing an immersive learning environment with close collaboration, mentorship, and exposure to Accenture's engineering culture.

After the Academy
Participants who successfully complete the academy will have the opportunity to join Accenture Türkiye as full-time Test Engineers and continue their careers on active projects within our global delivery organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, EEE, or a related field
· Strong interest in software testing and Quality Assurance
· Analytical and problem-solving mindset
· Curiosity about technology and AI
· Willingness to learn and receive feedback
· Team-oriented approach
· Professional working proficiency in English
Previous testing or automation experience is not required.
