What You Will Do

* Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, like a right hand, following up on his projects, calendar, and agenda
* Assisting the Chief Revenue Officer with daily business activities that drive the growth results of Insider One
* Conducting projects and follow-ups with 20 regional offices
* Responding to all related issues on behalf of the Chief Revenue Officer upon receiving their guidance
* Maintaining confidentiality and using a high degree of discretion
* Sustaining stakeholder management for critical projects that are affecting the business results of Insider One
* Working with high-performance heads and the Sales Team and collaborating with them to continually achieve higher levels of business impact
* Preparing and analyzing reports and presentations
* Continuously innovating, improving, and helping shape Insider One's destiny through observation, research, and iteration
* Helping develop business strategies for different business segments

What You Will Need

* University degree (in a related field or not - we welcome new perspectives as well)
* Having an excellent command of both written and spoken English
* Knowing your way around the MS Office set, especially MS Excel
* Being a careful listener, close observer, and master communicator - numbers are key, but business is built with people
* Being a proactive and self-disciplined person; you take initiative when necessary
* Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
* Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing task priorities and workload
* Being confident and self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach
* Superior project and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment
* Curiosity, eagerness, and ability to learn and grow as fast as you can
* Strong listening skills and high emotional intelligence
* Genuine curiosity to understand businesses and industries and how to relate to them through market research
