ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. What's the impact of the Engineering & Packaging function?
Packaging and Engineering work together to turn great brewing into great products and reliable operations. Packaging ensures every product is delivered with the right quality, safety and efficiency, while Engineering maximizes asset reliability and productivity. Together, they reduce losses, improve cost and performance, and make our operations safer, more sustainable and future-ready.
2. How you can learn and contribute to the function
As a Management Trainee, you will:
- Learn how Packaging/Engineering delivers safe, reliable, efficient, sustainable production.
- Solve real packaging and engineering challenges on the shop floor.
- Improve quality, asset reliability, productivity and operational cost while reducing downtime, waste, and resource consumption through continuous improvement.
- Contribute to safer and more sustainable operations, including the efficient use of water, electricity and thermal energy.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field for the open position (Automation / Mechanic / Mechatronic / Engineering)
* Fresh graduates or less than 2-year of full-time working experience.
* Minimum GPA GPA >=7.0/10.0 (2.8/4.0), or equivalent.
* Willingness to relocate across HEINEKEN's breweries in Vietnam.
* English business efficiency
* Be able to start full-time working in March 2027
