About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for an Intern position to join our Guest Services Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
* Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage, ensuring prompt and courteous service at all times.
* Assist with guest departures, handling luggage efficiently and ensuring a smooth farewell experience.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
* Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation options.
* Support the Concierge and Front Office team with guest requests and special arrangements.
* Uphold Jumeirah's grooming and service standards, maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.

About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Qualification
* Studies related to hospitality
Experience
* Hospitality or guest service experience will be a strength.
Skills
* Excellent English.
* Able to effectively communicate with all levels of colleagues and Management.
* Pleasing personality
