The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is dependable and accountable and is in school for the next 12 months.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions under the guidance of senior developers.
* Translate business requirements and process documentation into automation workflows.
* Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of bots into production environments.
* Support maintenance and monitoring of existing automations to ensure smooth operations.
* Collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities.
* Document workflows, technical designs, and support materials for knowledge sharing.
* Stay current on RPA trends and best practices while continuously learning new features in UiPath and related automation tools.

Qualifications:

Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* Basic understanding of process automation, Subscripting (SAP), or programming (e.g., Python, C#, VB, SQL, Java, .NET).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously develop automation skills.
* Fluent level of English is mandatory
Preferred (nice to have):
* Experience working with leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) or similar automation tools.
* Experience with Excel VBA, macros, or database querying (SQL).
* Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
* Any UiPath certification (e.g., RPA Associate) is a plus.
