Job Description:
To support APAC Sourcing's growing workload in managing global landscaping requests, tracking triaging feedback, and organizing documentation, we propose creating two PhD-level internship roles in Shanghai and Beijing. These roles will enhance operational efficiency, allowing S&E team to focus on strategic priorities and high-impact work; improve data accuracy; and provide a cost-effective resource model while fostering future talent and strengthening J&J's presence in the academic community in China.
Key responsibilities would include:
*Manage global landscaping requests and outcomes initiated by TA leads and the global sourcing team
*Document triaging feedback on new opportunities provided by respective TA leads to ensure accurate tracking and follow-ups
*Organize external company presentation decks and other relevant documentation
Proposed qualifications:
*PhD student in life sciences
*English proficiency at CET-6 level or above
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
*Availability of at least one full day or two half days per week
