The 6-month Rooms Operations Internship at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin is designed for students seeking hands-on exposure to rooms division operations within a full-service hotel environment under one of Hyatt's classic hotel brands.
The Rooms Operations Intern will gain practical experience across various areas of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Executive Floor operations. Interns will work closely with operational teams to support daily hotel operations while developing an understanding of service standards, guest engagement, and teamwork in a professional hospitality setting

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications
* Currently studying Hospitality Management, Hotel & Tourism Management, or a related discipline
* Strong interest in hotel operations and guest service
