This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:HSE Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities :
Work model: onsite
* Assist the department in implementing the company's HSE compliance projects, such as the "Three Simultaneities" for environmental protection and occupational health and safety, the annual implementation report for pollutant discharge permits, and the annual environmental statistical report, among other related tasks.
* Assist the department in occupational health management by organizing and analyzing occupational health examination reports, establishing and maintaining monitoring files for sensitive populations, and promoting proactive management of individuals with abnormal indicators in relevant departments.
* Assist in collecting and organizing data and information for the annual sustainability report.
* Support the collection and calculation of greenhouse gas emission data and assist in carbon management-related projects.
* Assist the department in regularly publishing HSE-related communications to ensure timely and effective dissemination of HSE-related information to all employees.
* Assist the department in conducting relevant training activities and handling other daily departmental tasks.
Qualifications for the Role:
* Full-time bachelor's degree or above.
* Major in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety/Safety Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
* Strong interest and basic understanding of HSE management systems and sustainable development.
* Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
* Proficient in various office software, with good Chinese and English communication and writing skills.
* Responsible, proactive, careful, and attentive to work.
