R&D Project Management & Productivity Intern

Job Description:

Responsibilities

* Develop AI agents and automation tools to support project management activities.
* Build AI solutions for project knowledge management, including lesson learned collection and retrieval.
* Develop tools to collect, organize, and summarize project risks, escalations, and action items.
* Explore AI applications for project schedule planning, resource planning, and execution tracking.
* Support development of copilots, dashboards, and workflow automation solutions.
* Assist in evaluating and deploying AI technologies to improve engineering productivity.
* Collaborate with PMO, Project Managers, and Engineering Teams to identify high-impact use cases.

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience with Python programming.
* Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, or workflow automation tools.
* Understanding of software development and data analysis fundamentals.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work onsite at least 4 days per week.

Internship Duration

* Planned duration: 2 quarters
* Target onboarding: ASAP
