[Intership] Wireless Engineer Intern

Job Description:

1. Assist the senior team in formulating preliminary network optimization plans, and support tracking the progress and quality of network optimization tasks (e.g., collecting basic data for plan adjustment).
2. Support reviewing draft network optimization reports (e.g., checking data consistency, formatting documents) and assist in communicating preliminary results with the team (under supervision).
3. Assist in confirming basic details of Network Optimization SOW (Statement of Work) and responsibility matrix, such as organizing and filing related documents.
4. Learn to monitor and record network optimization acceptance KPIs (e.g., RRC connection success rate, call drop rate) under guidance, and report abnormal data to the senior engineer in a timely manner.
5. Support the coordination of internal and external resources for network optimization (e.g., assisting in arranging hardware/software tool usage, coordinating with team members for on-site support).
6. Assist in tracking and documenting network optimization issues (e.g., logging problem descriptions, collecting initial troubleshooting data) and support senior engineers in analyzing and summarizing issues.
7. Participate in technical support coordination with ZTE's related departments (e.g., technical services, marketing) by drafting simple communication notes or organizing meeting materials. 8. Attend network optimization skill training sessions, learn basic network optimization processes and tools, and support skill transfer activities (e.g., taking meeting minutes for training workshops).

1. **Education Background**: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program majoring in Communication Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (graduating students preferred).
2. **Technical Foundation**: - Basic understanding of mainstream wireless network equipment (e.g., Huawei, ZTE, Nokia, Ericsson) and a willingness to learn network optimization operations. - Preliminary knowledge of 4G/5G wireless network protocols (e.g., signaling processes) and common KPIs (e.g., RRC connection success rate, data throughput); ability to learn KPI analysis methods quickly. - Familiar with basic network concepts (e.g., coverage, signal quality) and interest in network troubleshooting and performance tuning.
3. **Software & Tools**: - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data sorting and document editing. - Experience with basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel pivot tables) or interest in big data analytics is a plus.
4. **Soft Skills**: - Strong learning agility and curiosity about wireless network optimization technologies. - Good communication and teamwork abilities; able to coordinate with cross-functional team members under guidance. - High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to work under moderate pressure to meet task deadlines.
5. **Language Proficiency**: Basic English communication skills (able to read technical documents and conduct simple work conversations)
