(COMPANY NAME) is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Intern to join our team. As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, customer relationship management, and business development within the fast-paced telecommunications industry. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in sales and contribute to the growth of a global leader in communication technology.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through market research and prospecting activities.
* Support the sales process by scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and coordinating meetings with clients and prospects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure seamless communication and alignment of sales strategies.
* Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.
* Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.
* Contribute to the development of sales collateral, including sales scripts, email templates, and marketing materials.
* Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

More about you:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field is desirable but not required.
* We are hiring three interns, two positions require proficient English language skills, and one requires proficient English and German language skills.
* You are available to start work on July 8th, 2024.
* You hold valid student rights from "Studentski Centar" throughout the entire internship period (6 months).
