Communications Trainee

Job Description:

* Duration: 6 months
* Location: Espoo, Finland
* Educational recommendations: currently a candidate for a bachelor's or master's degree in communications, media or a related field with an accredited school in Finland.

In this role, you will:
* Collaborate with different teams and people at Nokia Espoo Campus to produce local communication content, such as video productions, the Espoo Campus Newsletter, internal event marketing and social media content.
* Plan and facilitate various kinds of physical and virtual events at Espoo Campus by creating and editing marketing material, event invitations, and helping with live and virtual events. Additionally, you will prepare and distribute content for the promotion of an organization's products, events and brand.

This is a six-month traineeship starting in January 2026 with the possibility of continuing afterwards. You will be trained to your tasks and the team will support you throughout your traineeship. The salary will be determined by the amount of applicant's study credits. Nokia offers flexible and hybrid working modes, but please note that this position requires very much physical presence at Espoo Campus

Candidate Requirements:

You have:
* Excellent photo and video content creation & editing skills (Adobe CC programs)
* Excellent written and oral communications skills in English, especially for creating newsletters, social media content, blog posts, email campaigns and other content (MS office)
* Experience in creating visual materials for e.g. presentations, events and screen adverts

It would be nice if you also had:
* Teamwork and project coordination skills
* Portfolio of previous works demonstrating your visual and/or writing skills
