Julia Heuer is the eccentric master of a Japanese tie-dying technique called Arashi Shibori. The combination of unique patterns and handmade pleating creates a look that cannot be replicated.
She gives this ancient technique a contemporary and bold makeover that delights with sensuous colors and a brash mix of patterns.

JULIA HEUER is an international brand based in Paris that started to gather international visibility in Spring 2018. The label operates independently and is distributed worldwide.

Description du poste

- Reporting to the RTW design Studio team, you will be responsible for assisting the RTW designers in their logistical and creative tasks in preparing the collections.
- Support during the RTW development process
- Conduct iconographic research
- Create detailed sketches and descriptions with measurement using adobe photoshop/illustrator
- Create patterns and drape based on the inspiration of the designer
- Sew samples on industrial sewing machines·
- Assist with the creation of sketches for lookbooks and showroom
- Provide a daily support to the design team (including moodboards, meetings organization, prototypes)
- assist during fittings and the sales showroom

Profil recherché

- Design or fashion school student/graduate
- familiar with industrial sewing machine
- Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator
- Attention to details, rigorous, pro active
- Keen interest in luxury and fashion sector
