Description du poste
The VM In-Store Assistant Internship supports the brand's visual and commercial performance by ensuring an elevated, consistent, and locally relevant visual identity across boutiques. Under the direction of the Visual Merchandising Manager, the intern contributes to high-quality VM execution, ensuring that global creative direction is accurately adapted to local strategies and commercial goals. Working closely with store teams, VM ambassadors, and retail management, the VM In-Store Assistant helps guarantee flawless implementation that respects brand identity, product storytelling, and seasonal priorities.
Main Responsibilities
1. Visual Merchandising Execution
* Implement daily VM adjustments and bi-weekly rotations across Parisian stores, guided by the Visual Merchandising Manager and in collaboration with store teams and VM ambassadors.
* Apply local VM guidelines aligned with the VM Manager's directives and the regional activity plan.
* Support commercial objectives by translating product priorities into impactful, customer-focused displays.
* Assist in maintaining VM standards, product storytelling, and visual consistency at all times.
2. Store Styling & Product Presentation
* Maintain daily VM consistency across all key areas (windows, rails, focal points, mannequins, shelves, tables).
* Be present during product deliveries to ensure reactivity and immediate integration of newness into the shop floor.
* Support stock optimization through correct facing, density management, and strategic rotation of best-sellers and new arrivals.
3. Reporting & Communication
* Provide weekly visual reporting (feedback, photos, and updates) to the Visual Merchandising Manager following interventions and rotations.
* Support updates to local VM guidelines and share information with store teams when needed.
* Maintain consistent communication with the VM Manager to ensure strong alignment with visual priorities.

Profile Requirements
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
* Availability for occasional early morning, evening, or weekend installations.
* Ability to lift and handle materials safely during VM operations.
* Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
