Internship Responsibilities
The internship will begin on 16 July 2026, allowing for a two-week handover period with the team until 31 July 2026. Following the company's summer break, the internship will resume on 24 August 2026.

Key responsibilities:
* Managing press requests and providing day-to-day support to Alice.
* Coordinating press send-outs, as well as welcoming and assisting VIPs, celebrities and talents during studio fittings.
* Coordinating with the LA Press Agency across ongoing projects and product launches.
* Assisting with the coordination and execution of photo and video shoots.
* Monitoring the Communication & Press department budget.
* Preparing, updating and managing project timelines and schedules.
* Translating, writing and formatting the brand's press releases.
* Ensuring the press showroom is well maintained and presented at all times.
* Managing product credit requests and liaising with stylists, editors and media contacts.
* Assisting with the organisation of Paris Press Days.
* Supporting the organisation of fashion shows, dinners, presentations and other brand events, including invitation management, guest reception and on-site operational coordination.

Profil recherché

* Strong interest in fashion
* Excellent attention to detail with a high level of organisation and accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Photoshop and Excel.
* Energetic, proactive and eager to learn.
* Solution-oriented with the ability to take initiative.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
