We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team in Paris for a 6-month internship supporting both Product Development and B2B Sales activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a growing independent fashion brand, working across product development, production coordination, client relations, and wholesale operations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Production

* Support sample development, PPS approvals, material sourcing, and production follow-up.
* Track development timelines, costing, payments, and supplier communication.
* Maintain sample, material, and production records.
* Assist with logistics, inventory tracking, and purchasing.
Customer Care & Operations

* Manage customer inquiries, returns, exchanges, and complaints.
* Maintain records of returns, quality issues, and customer feedback.
* Coordinate with Production and Logistics teams to resolve customer issues.
* Support order tracking and post-purchase customer communication.

General Support
* Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams on a daily basis.
* Assist with administrative tasks and day-to-day business operations.
* Support ongoing projects as required.

* You are detail-oriented and know how to prioritize tasks effectively.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You have an interest in fashion, footwear, product development, and commercial strategy.
* You are comfortable working with data, reporting, and administrative processes; Excel is your best friend.
* You can anticipate challenges and find practical solutions quickly.
* You are confident interacting with suppliers, clients, and business partners.
* You have a background in Product Development, Business, Fashion, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
* You are fluent in English; Chinese are a strong plus
