What You'll Do
We are seeking a strong candidate to support our learning team as a Working Student - You will play a pivotal role in helping us create trainings and learning activities. Your primary focus will be Europe, but special projects may span across all regions. You will help the European team with day-to-day activities, manage logistics of our training programs, support learning & development activities for the Business Unit of Global Specialty Businesses (GSB) globally, as well as provide administrative support for the function.

You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic, and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.

YOU'RE GOOD AT
* Administrative work:
*
* Scheduling calls and outlook invitations across time zones
* Setting up virtual training sessions
* Supporting logistics
* Interacting with internal and external stakeholders
* Maintaining our database (registration of candidates) and cloud storage
* Hosting of virtual training session when required
* Creating templates for email communication
* Excel Skills

What You'll Bring
* Ongoing bachelor's or master's studies with very good academic achievements
* First professional experience in an internship or working student engagement ideally with focus on topics requiring strong organizational skills would be appreciated
* Strong interest in learning and the management consulting area
* Ability to learn quickly, pay attention to details, and adapt to frequently changing circumstances
* Ability to multi-task and operate effectively under time pressure
* Strong self-organization and time management skills
* Strong problem-solving skills combined with pragmatic thinking
* Proactive self-starter with high quality standards
* Strong interpersonal skills and MS Office capabilities
* Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and German
