Your tasks Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.11.2026: Collaboration in changing project teams with 3-6 consultants on strategic and cross-functional projects Assumption of responsibility for own tasks and subject areas from day one Support in the development of strategies and tailor-made solution concepts Analysis of complex issues and development of structured solutions Evaluation of opportunities and risks together with the project team Supporting customers in strategic decision-making processes Participation in measures to promote growth and long-term competitiveness Preparation and presentation of analysis results and recommendations for action Your profile You have a bachelor's degree (e.g. in business administration, STEM subjects, law, psychology or a comparable degree program) with top grades or are currently in a gap year or master's degree. You also have the following knowledge and skills: You have initial professional experience in strategy consulting or in a comparable strategic environment (e.g. in-house consulting, strategy area, business development, technology sector) You have very good German and English skills (at least C1). You have gained initial experience abroad (semester abroad, work & travel, etc.) and integrate yourself into the international TSC community with your intercultural skills With your distinctive analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as a thought leader, you take a creative approach to solving problems and you enjoy thinking proactively and contributing new/innovative ideas Work environment & benefits You're part of one of our practices, where you develop your expertise and contribute your perspective.
