Job Description:
Mercedes-Benz AG is one of the most successful automotive companies in the world and is one of the largest suppliers of premium and luxury vehicles.
The Complete Vehicle Testing EVA2 (RD/VLV2) department is responsible for the validation and testing of the EQS, EQE and the following all-electric derivatives. Within the department, our team is responsible for the drive integration of the powertrain / eDrive of the S-Class, EQS and EQE series.
The main task, together with the specialist departments, is to coordinate the electric powertrain in the overall vehicle, to ensure overall thermal protection and customer-compatible NVH behavior of all eDrive components.
You can expect a diverse range of tasks in overall vehicle development for future-oriented electromobility.
These are some of the challenges you will face
* Coordinating the updating of test vehicles in the form of upgrades and conversions in the workshops
* Collaboration and planning of test drives and road tests to coordinate and assess the overall vehicle
* Assisting with daily testing work, e.g. evaluating vehicle measurements, preparing presentations, coordinating technical topics, etc.
Qualifikationen
* Degree in engineering, with a focus on automotive engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable course of study
* Proficient in written and spoken German and English
* Confident handling of MS Office
* Commitment and ability to work in a team
* Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
* Technical understanding and automotive knowledge desirable
