Job Description:

* During your internship, you will support development engineers in power module projects for electric drive applications.
* You will investigate the electrical design / behavior of wide bandgap semiconductor (SiC) based power modules.
* Furthermore, you will perform electrical simulations for switching behavior evaluation.
* Last but not least, you will take an active role in improving our automated workflows and measurement techniques.

Qualifications:

* Education: master studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable with very good grades
* Experience and Knowledge: in power electronics and simulation as well as in measurement techniques, experience in MATLAB and PSpice, competent handling of measurement equipment (Oscilloscope, probes, HV Power supplies) for power semiconductors, ideally hands-on experiences for the measurements of power semiconductors
* Personality and Working Practice: responsible person who shows initiative, works systematically and is able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Languages: very good in English

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
