Job Description:

Our Marketing Strategy department is fully responsible for strategic product projects within the Mercedes-Benz Vans marketing division. Every day, we work on the latest topics relating to new vehicle projects, electrification and other future-relevant technologies at Mercedes-Benz Vans.
Within the VAN.EA vehicle project, our team is responsible for project management on the sales side, pricing, volume planning, market management, coordination of all business case topics and overall coordination of the project within sales. This makes us part of the VAN.EA project team in Mercedes-Benz Vans Marketing. We attach great importance to communicating with each other as equals in our team, supporting each other in an agile way and having fun working together to pursue the common project goals despite the great responsibility. It also goes without saying that we treat each other constructively and honestly. Due to the diversity of our areas of responsibility, you will gain a comprehensive insight into many exciting, cutting-edge and highly relevant topics of the four marketing Ps.

You will face these challenges, among others
* Work on the highly relevant and cutting-edge VAN.EA project, which heralds the transformation of Mercedes-Benz Vans into electromobility
* Work on pricing, volume planning and project management in the context of the VAN project
* Support the team in market communication and market-specific elaborations
* Participate in the preparation of versatile analyses and strategic derivations relevant to the overall VAN.EA project
* Work with the team on strategic and operational tasks, participate in working and decision-making committees and prepare decision papers for management

Qualifikationen

* Degree in the field of economics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
* Confident handling of MS Office
* Good product knowledge of cars and ideally vans as well as automotive trends
* Confident written and spoken German and English skills
* Affinity to the automobile
* Commitment and ability to work in a team
* Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
