Job Description:

With the Turn2Learn qualification initiative, our Group has been placing learning at the center of sustainable personnel development for over a year. We at Mercedes-Benz Learning are the team behind Turn2Learn, globally responsible for learning at Mercedes-Benz, for training, learning platforms, learning paths and the processes behind them.
During your internship, you will work simultaneously in two teams in our department:
* The team for General Business& Language Qualification and Provider Management and the team for specialist training in Finance & Controlling, HR and Purchasing - where you will get to know the friendly employees
* We work flexibly and on the move - regular meetings are important to us - we meet in the office one fixed day a week per team in person
These are some of the challenges you will face:
* You are not afraid to take on the responsibility of cross-functional work in two teams and would like to play an active role in helping to develop, support and market Learning & Development offers
* You are interested in the development and management of global qualification programs, quality assurance and process optimization
* You are passionate, customer-oriented and willing to support participants and trainers as a contact person for questions relating to the organization and implementation of training courses
* You want to make your contribution to the administration of courses and events in the Learning Management System, which leads to the success of our training programs
* You have the opportunity to actively participate in future-oriented topics in the course of HR transformation

Qualifikationen

* You are studying business administration, media communication sciences, business informatics, education or a comparable course of study
* You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
* You have good digital skills (MS Office) and the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
* You have strong communication skills and excellent organizational skills
* Practical experience in the field of personnel development, digital projects or project management is an advantage
