The automotive industry is in a state of upheaval and software and electronics architecture development is the unprecedented focus of the entire industry. The Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS) is our vehicle operating system, which will control the infotainment system as well as many vehicle functions and the electrified drive system in the future. In this way, we at Mercedes-Benz will continue to create highly innovative and tangible products in the future.

One of our goals as Strategic Project Management MB.OS is to ensure that our customers receive the best customer experience in future vehicles and that we are economically successful as a company. We work together with colleagues in Marketing & Sales, Vehicle Development, Controlling and other areas of the company to identify customer requirements, carry out feasibility studies, demonstrate the economic viability of a business case and decide on its implementation. Our team focuses on "Infotainment" and "Body & Comfort", in particular all content from navigation, entertainment and smartphone integration to the displays, controls and ambient lighting in the vehicle.

These are some of the challenges you will face:
* You will help to further develop and document any customer-experience MB.OS features in coordination with the Marketing & Sales and Development departments - collaborating with international colleagues in the process
* You analyze competitive information and market research results as well as vehicle data with the aim of expanding and improving our products
* You organize vehicle simulations of our features
* You prepare documents and presentations for management decisions
* You work in the day-to-day operations of the team and support the organization and implementation of meetings and project workshops

Qualifikationen

* You are at least in the 3rd semester of your bachelor's degree
* You already have some work experience, for example through an internship, work-study program or similar
* You have a good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
* You are IT-savvy and have a good basic understanding of the automotive industry
* Team spirit is important to you - you integrate well into the team and are able to work together as a team
* You are willing to learn new things, work independently and like to contribute ideas
* You are characterized by good communication skills - it is no problem for you to approach other teams or departments and work together with them

Additional information:
If possible, we would like to work with you from June 2024 for 6 months. You can also apply if you are interested in a shorter internship or are only available at a later date.
