An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the La Marzocco Deutschland team in Berlin.

To support our growing marketing activities, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Marketing Intern who is passionate about events, storytelling, social media, and brand experience.
This internship offers the opportunity to gain insights into the full marketing process - from event planning and content creation to merchandising, campaigns, and day-to-day brand operations.

Position

Event Support (Main Focus)

* Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, activations, roadshows, trade fairs, and showroom activities

* Assist with logistics, setup, communication, guest management, and on-site coordination

* Help prepare presentations, schedules, product setups, and event materials

* Support the team before, during, and after events to ensure smooth execution

* Participate in brainstorming and creative planning for future activations and community initiatives

Social Media & Content Support

* Support content creation for Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, and other communication channels

* Assist in capturing behind-the-scenes moments during events, showroom activities, and product launches

* Help with content planning, research, and community engagement

* Support the preparation of marketing assets, captions, presentations, and communication materials

* Stay updated on trends in coffee, hospitality, design, and lifestyle industries

Merchandising & Brand Support

* Support merchandising projects, product launches, and brand collaborations

* Assist with packaging, product presentation, and campaign materials

* Help coordinate marketing samples, giveaways, and showroom visuals

* Provide general support across various marketing and brand experience projects

* Gain exposure to the full marketing workflow from idea to execution

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

* Strong interest in marketing, events, social media, branding, or hospitality

* Hands-on mentality with a proactive and positive attitude

* Strong organizational and communication skills

* Creative mindset and willingness to learn

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

* Interest in coffee, design, lifestyle, and community-driven brands

* Comfortable using Microsoft Office

* Good command of English or German

* Previous experience is not required - motivation, curiosity, and personality matter most

Nice to Have

* Interest in photography, videography, or content creation

* Interest in events, hospitality, specialty coffee, or design culture

* Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram or LinkedIn
