Intern Research & Innovation (m/f/d)

Supporting different R&D (research and development) functions in the company (Design, User eXperience and Nutrition) in:

* Leading a project to collect and analyze products nutritional & ingredient data for the DACH region. Calculating nutritional scores to monitor company targets.
* Monitoring product compliance to internal and external standards.
* Supporting organization of consumer research initiatives such as qualitative focus groups.
* Supporting creation of the product & pack brief by conducting social listening & competition analysis including nutrition, sensory, ingredients, storytelling & claims.
* Organize and lead tastings with sensory analysis reporting.
* Manage sample purchase, storage, shipping.

* Advanced studies in food / nutrition science & technology, ecotrophology or a comparable course of study.
* First practical experience is desirable.
* Solution oriented and proactive.
* Sensitive to detail and thorough.
* Affinity for teamwork, open-mindedness and enjoyment of independent work.
* Ability to manage complexity and prioritization.
* Very good knowledge of MS Office and used to work with databases. Online Whiteboard tools (Klaxoon) is a plus.
* Fluent language skills in German and English
