Your role

Interested in working in finance, and understanding how to help our clients buy and sell equities, foreign currencies, and interest rates, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're offering a two-weeks internship for an ambitious student to join our team and gain exposure in the Global Markets Sales team. In this internship you will get to

* Gain exposure to how we help our clients buy and sell financial instruments.
* Understand market moving data from a variety of sources to inform decisions across our Global Markets business.
* Support sales team prepare research communication and attend equities morning meeting.
* Conduct research on recent market trends and individual stocks.
* Learn about sales and trading, communication with institutional clients, and UBS research.

Your team

You'll be working for two weeks in our Global Markets business in Frankfurt. We advise clients and do everything that's needed to buy and sell securities for them from start to finish. We work with hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers and family offices to provide coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing services.

You'll get the chance to look into risk management with trading, learn about client interactions with sales and the design of products with structuring and project teams.

Your expertise

We are looking for a student who

* Is currently enrolled at school and available to join us in Frankfurt from 19.01.2026 to 30.01.2026
* Has a genuine interest in the financial industry and a curious mindset to learn
* Has good communication skills, to work in cross-regional and cross-functional teams
* Has an understanding command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* Is fluent in spoken and written German and English. Other languages are considered as an advantage.
